If you are throwing a Halloween party for adults this year, how about a moody, smoky rosemary paloma from Brockmans Gin – a decadent twist on one of our favourite libations. 

The sumptuous smoothness of Brockmans Agave Cut with grapefruit juice, lime and soda shaken with a touch of rosemary syrup to make for a perfectly balanced, light and zesty cocktail. Add a dramatic, spooky flair with a smoked rosemary garnish.

Follow their Recipe:

  • 50ml Brockmans Agave Cut
  • 12.5ml Lime Juice
  • 25ml Pink Grapefruit juice
  • 7.5ml Rosemary Syrup
  • 50ml Soda
  • Grapefruit Twist and Smoked Rosemary Garnish

Method:

  • Add all non-carbonated ingredients to a shaker, add ice and shake hard for five seconds
  • Strain into an ice filled glass and top with soda.
  • Garnish with a twist of grapefruit and a smoked sprig of rosemary

Alternatively, create orange- coloured cocktails with Brockmans Orange Kiss.
