The concept of “bee beds” stands out as both intriguing and unique. Imagine lying down in a serene environment, lulled to sleep by the gentle hum of bees. This isn’t a scene from a fantasy novel; it’s a burgeoning wellness trend that promises a host of health benefits. But what exactly are bee beds, and how can they enhance our well-being?

What Are Bee Beds?

Bee beds, also known as apiary therapy or bee therapy, involve sleeping on specially designed beds placed above active beehives. These beds are constructed to allow the vibrations and sounds from the bees below to permeate the sleeping surface without direct contact with the insects. The concept is rooted in apitherapy, an ancient practice that uses products from bees—including honey, propolis, and royal jelly—for healing purposes.

The Health Benefits of Sleeping with Bees

The gentle vibrations and rhythmic buzzing produced by bees have been found to induce a state of deep relaxation, similar to the effects of meditation or sound therapy. Here are some of the key health benefits:

  1. Enhanced Relaxation and Stress Relief: The calming hum of bees can help reduce stress and anxiety, promoting a sense of peace and tranquility. The vibrations act as a natural form of sound therapy, which can lower cortisol levels and help combat chronic stress.
  2. Improved Sleep Quality: Many people report better sleep quality after spending time on a bee bed. The soothing environment can help those suffering from insomnia or disrupted sleep patterns achieve more restful and restorative sleep.
  3. Pain Relief: Vibrations from the beehive can stimulate the body’s natural pain-relief mechanisms. Some users have found relief from chronic pain conditions, including arthritis and fibromyalgia, after regular sessions on a bee bed.
  4. Boosted Immune System: Proponents of apiary therapy suggest that the proximity to the bees and their environment can enhance the immune system, potentially reducing the frequency and severity of illnesses.

Where Can You Sleep with Bees?

While bee beds are not yet widespread, several wellness retreats and apiaries around the world offer this unique therapy. In Eastern Europe, particularly in countries like Slovenia and Ukraine, bee bed therapy is more established and integrated into holistic health practices. Some apiaries in the United States and other parts of Europe are also beginning to offer bee bed experiences.

Who Can Benefit from Bee Bed Therapy?

Bee bed therapy is ideal for anyone seeking a natural way to reduce stress, improve sleep, and enhance overall well-being. It can be particularly beneficial for individuals with high-stress lifestyles, those struggling with chronic pain, and anyone looking to improve their mental health through relaxation and nature-based therapies. However, it’s important for potential users to ensure they are not allergic to bee stings, even though direct contact with the bees is avoided.

Inspiring a Natural Approach to Wellness

Bee bed therapy embodies the essence of reconnecting with nature to heal and rejuvenate. It offers a unique and inspiring way to tap into the natural world’s healing powers, promoting a holistic approach to health that is both ancient and innovative. As more people seek out alternative and complementary therapies, the gentle buzz of bee beds could become a soothing solution for modern-day ailments.

Whether you’re a wellness enthusiast or someone seeking new ways to enhance your health, sleeping with bees might just be the sweet retreat you need.

It’s great to be beginning the New Year with a fresh start and sense of renewal. No doubt, we’re all hoping for a happier & healthier 2022 – a year that brings positivity, new found energy and sees us moving towards a new vision and more creativity for ourselves.

As we reflect on last year and what we want for the future, we begin to see what we need more of in our lives and what we need less of!

How can we rebalance, find clarity of mind, not repeat negative patterns and perhaps free up more space in our lives in order to allow in more joy?

If obstacles stand in our way that block us, how can we remove them? Let’s believe that we can make changes, grow in freedom and confidence and live the fulfilling lives that we want for ourselves.

Do you want to feel strong, empowered, and uplifted with a full sense of wellbeing, more energy and happiness?

Holistic therapies and Reiki offer a great start to help us begin to achieve our goals and intentions for 2022. Tiredness can result from being overworked and when we don’t take the time to replenish our own essence and fun, so it’s very important to rebalance our energy centres.

From my observations during the last two years, so much fear and anxiety has been instilled in us as a result of the pandemic. Gradually and slowly we can begin to emerge and release those anxieties and controls that we’ve been under, and head towards happier and more positive pathways where we alone make the decisions and changes for ourselves and for our futures.

So in the world of Reiki, therapies and yoga we smile, we dance, we hope, we live and open our hearts to new beginnings and listen to the whispers of our soul that pull us in the direction of where we need to be.

Come along and enjoy our happy community and book your holistic treatment for that fresh start… all are welcome.

I am taking on more new clients than ever before since last year and it’s great to see yoga teachers, other holistic practitioners, and physiotherapists coming to me for a rest. We all need this!

If you don’t have a loyalty card please ask me for one and for more details of the 315 treatment.

My Spring Reiki Tasters on 6th March (1.30 – 5.30 pm) will be at The Yoga Life Studio, South Street, Eastbourne, BN21 4UP (30 Minutes – £15) Vouchers for money-off a full treatment will be included in the gift bags.

To reserve your private space, please contact Claire on 07982 119519 or visit www.angelicwaves.co.uk

Happy Healing!

Here are some dates for your diaries – the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) Eastbourne & South Downs Local Support Group, calendar of events for 2020.

Our meetings take place at The Friends Meeting House, 17 Wish Road, Eastbourne, BN21 4NX

Monday 3rd February
7-9pm
The Dorn Method with Elke Schneider-Symons

Everyone strains, more or less, their joints on a daily basis. Unnatural repetitive postures can cause misalignments in the body if ligaments and muscles are not trained and able to withstand the strain. Sitting cross-legged or kneeling affects quite often the length of legs; carrying shopping bags on one side affects the balance of the hip; a whiplash affects the cervical vertebras. Irregularities end up in muscle tension and a nagging pain and if not corrected leads to other health problems. Dorn Method is a safe and gentle way to correct alignment where the client moves the joint while the therapist slides the joint into its natural position. The therapy ends with a nourishing Breuss Spinal massage and self-help exercises for long term maintenance.

Monday 2nd March
7-9pm
The Balance Procedure with Yvonne Zackim

So why is being in balance so important? When our bodies are balanced both physically and emotionally dis-ease can be healed and we are able to create the life we want rather than the life we don’t want. The Balance Procedure activates the Language of the Universe with nine symbol cards each representing a geometric symbol, affirmation, colour, number, zodiac, gemstone, element, planet, chakra, and physical aspect and how when all is ‘Balanced’, it is the key to the unconscious mind. TBP is an energy technique that does not require an understanding of theory or precise disciplines but is learnt through practice. Knowing how it works is not as important as doing it. Rather than using the rational, intellectual level of consciousness, it requires the development of flexibility and expansion of consciousness. It is not the procedure itself that brings about the results, they are merely catalysts, it is the life force working inside each person that brings about the transformation.

Monday 6th April
7-9pm
Hot Stone Fusion for Chronic Migraine Sufferers with Jing Advanced Massage Therapy

Neck and shoulder pain, including chronic migraines, is one of the most common conditions in the UK. Come along and see how neck and shoulder pain can be treated with simple and effective Hot Stone Moves. This will incorporate advanced massage techniques including trigger point, fascial work, stretching and soft tissue release. Appropriate for all levels **(bring towels + oil please).

Please also let Pam or Jane know if you wish to attend with your couch as numbers will be limited.

Monday 11th May
7-9pm
St Wilfreds Complementary Therapists Volunteers with Anna Kent

Anna Kent runs St Wilfreds Complementary Therapist Volunteers, and is coming along to tell us a bit more about the role of a Volunteer and the benefits to the patients. If you are thinking of volunteering, then come along and ask any questions you may have.

Monday 1st June
7-9pm
Feng Shui with Susie Shaw

Monday 6th July
7-9pm
Garden Therapy with Jennie Starr

In Britain we are often considered to be a nation of gardeners and we have some of the most interesting, beautiful and varied gardens in the world. Many people describe how they feel that their life is enhanced by their experiences in a park or garden. Using my background as a clinician and gardener my talk will explore how gardens and gardening can influence our physical and mental well being. There is evidence of a variety of different approaches that have been used to promote health through our relationship with our environment. So whether you want to get your muddy clothes on and get down in the garden or whether you want to enjoy the fruits of someone else’s labour I will give some suggestions as to how we can help ourselves, and others, to enhance the quality of our lives.

Monday 7th September
7-9pm
Yoga dance flow with Na Tayarat

“Free yourself from yourself” Healing with the sound of music to release stress and blocked energy within. This class is designed by Mantana for people who have active minds, are impatient and cannot sit or stand still to do yoga or meditation. This is why music is part of this class. It is an energetic healing process which clears emotional conscious such as stress, anxiety, fear, anger, sadness, tears, disgust, craving, boredom, envy and more. Can also be helpful to clear a busy mind and come to a still place within. Take control of your emotions and go with the flow. This technique is combined with Om chanting, pranayama and meditation. Focus…breathe in… breathe out and move along to the music.

Monday 5th October
7-9pm
Feng Shui with Susan Warner

Monday 2nd November
7-9pm
Chakra Dancing with Julia Karen Richardson

I have been a member of the FHT for 20 years. I am a trained Aromatherapist and Reflexologist (specialising in fertility and maternity). Qualified also in Indian Head Massage & the original LaStone Therapy & Spiritual Healing. My main passion is Homeopathy, and after many years of study was awarded a Licentiate. I am also the student mentor for ‘Southern College Of Homeopathy’ in Tunbridge Wells.

In 1999 I felt it was time to offer people the opportunity to take responsibility for their own health and to explore different approaches to medicine other than those generally being offered. With this in mind I opened The Mews Clinic in the Old Town (The Mews Clinic, 5 Watts Lane, Eastbourne, BN21 1NP) offering complementary health care. As this was one of the first clinics of its kind to be opened in Eastbourne the practice has always been extremely busy.

Homeopathy is controversial and has its share of bad press but it is an amazing form of medicine, gentle yet powerful and works with your body not against it. Homeopathy has over 200 million worldwide users and has been available for over 200 years.

Unbeknown by most it is available on the NHS and our Royal family have used and supported the practice since the 1830’s, also reflecting its long standing presence in our health care system.

I would like to share my journey into Chakra Dancing with you.

Don’t forget that for each meeting you attend you will be able to collect your 2 CPD points. Per calendar year, you need to collect 10 CPD points, and don’t forget that the FHT can contact you at any time to check your CPD points. It is recommended that you attend at least one workshop to top up your points.

The entrance fee for the talks is £7 for FHT members and £8 for non-members, £6 for seniors and students. We are very pleased to be able to bring you the 2020 Calendar of Events and look forward very much to seeing you.

Hypoxia in Disease Development: comparing two approaches of treatment:- by Optimizing Breathing & by Oxygen Enriched Water.

Recently I was at a lecture given by Dr. Robert Lyon at the Resilo centre in East Grinstead entitled “Mitochondria and Malignancy and the use of Oxygen”. Truly amazing clinical results are being achieved based on oxygen activated water both for drinking and for baths. The water is called Kaqun Water and is enriched with oxygen, not by adding oxygen but by a special process that removes hydrogen.

I was particularly interested as the Buteyko Method has been claimed to assist with treatment of many serious diseases through improved tissue oxygenation. I wanted to hear what were the key differences of this approach.

Much disease development happens more rapidly in areas of low oxygen, hypoxic regions, this is especially so with the development of cancers. One reason for this is that the cellular energy drivers, the mitochondria need adequate oxygen to function optimally, otherwise they are unable to deal with cancerous cells taking over. The other reason is that cancers often develop in areas that have impaired arterial blood supply, old injury sites, constricted blood vessels etc.

The Buteyko approach, that improves tissue oxygenation, relies on normal blood supply to every cell in the body, whereas the activated water that carries increased oxygen will enter all cells regardless, including the cancer cells. It would appear to me that the two approaches would benefit patients the most. Perhaps applying the oxygen enriched water initially to restore all the body’s cells to normal healthy functioning and maintaining this through optimal oxygenation with improved breathing for long-term benefits.

From 2001 to the present Dr. Lyons has been Head Physician of Kaqun Hungary Ltd., where he developed and organized Kaqun studies. In 2010, President Barack Obama gave Dr. Lyons an award for helping mankind. More detailed information is on this site: https://www.kaqun.eu/what-is-kaqun

The potential benefits of this breakthrough in active treatment of hypoxia are enormous. During the lecture we were given many recent clinical case studies that demonstrated its remarkable effectiveness. The 8th International Kaqun-Elo Conference will be held in London at the Royal Society of Medicine in December, where Dr. Lyon will among a number of eminent speakers: https://www.kaqun.eu/8th-kaqun-conference-2019.

I will certainly try to get to this Conference to learn more about this work, I’m sure many of our readers would also be interested.

Topic: What is Thermography and how can it help and protect you with Wendy Calver

When it comes to health more and more people are looking for natural ways to improve it, maintain it and diagnose potential problems. We all know that many treatments can be toxic but some diagnostic procedures can also do more harm than good. So it’s refreshing to find an investigatory procedure that can pick up problems in the very early stages, which is completely harmless and non-invasive – The Thermographic Body Scan.

Wendy Calver, RN is a certified Clinical Thermographer. She has been a registered nurse for over 35 years and has also studied Reflexology and Reiki during that time. Wendy has always enjoyed using natural therapies to look after her own health and that of her family. She had a thermographic scan a few years ago, could see the many benefits, and decided to become a Clinical Thermographer so that she could continue to help people in a different way.

This investigatory procedure has the unique ability to pick up the nervous system’s projection of disease, alerting an individual to a problem in their body. A non-contact digital infrared camera captures and records temperature variations on the skin. While it doesn’t diagnose cancer, it can detect increased blood supply (as found in cancers) called angiogenesis.

It is well documented in all fields of medicine that the earliest detection leads to the best outcome. Thermography can detect early danger signs in the body years before other devices. In many diseases there are variations in blood flow which in turn affect the skin temperature. Thermography enables earlier intervention and gives people more options to look after their health. Topic: Instagram for your business with Alison Brown

Social media is a free marketing tool for your therapy practice with the use of different platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn to name a few.

Many therapists have a Facebook page but, many do not use it or use it to benefit and create clients. This talk will cover why social media and blogging is good for business and why it is used as a marketing tool, plus why and how to use Facebook Live in getting to your clients and building relationships and expertise.

Also, the game changer that saves time!

Alison Brown has been running her own therapy business since 2000. After finishing training and previously being a stay at home married mum of 2, Ali had no idea how to run a business. So over the years she has done much training and learning about running a business, and in 2013 decided to help other therapists in a similar position. Ali’s Therapy Academy was built to share her knowledge and experiences and to help therapists. FHT LSG for Worthing, West Sussex and Ambassador.

Health is simple, and complex!
The fundamentals of a healthy life are very simple, but we do like to complicate things. If the secret of great health and longevity were that simple how could “Health Care” become a multi billion pound industry? Only when “Health Care” is made complex and too difficult to understand for the average person, can it be transformed into big business.

Yes, health is a simple concept based on good body structure and functioning, good food and nutrition, good breathing and oxygenation and a good mind-set able to respond well to the environment and community. It is also incredibly complex since each of those four factors affect each other, and all are affected by the environment and community.

The debate begins when we try to agree on what constitutes good body, good food, good breathing and good mind.

This is my attempt to offer a definition for each of these pillars of health:

Good Body:
As I was trained as an osteopath my definition stems from that discipline; the body structure is not unlike any machine made by man in that its normal functioning requires the entire structure to be aligned and connected as it was designed to be, and that it functions in the way it was designed to function. How that design evolved or was conceived I leave to greater brains than mine, but I do accept our body is beautifully and perfectly designed for living. Thus, it does matter if one vertebra is slightly out of alignment, or a muscle group is too tense, or a nerve is irritated and it is the task of any physical therapist to try to restore it to normal.
The old adage of osteopathy is “ Structure governs function” and “Function governs structure”.
To understand some of these body/health connections visit: www.thebodyconnection.co.uk.

Good Food:
Now this is far more difficult a subject for agreeing a definition. It is perhaps one of the best examples of how we have confused and bewildered the public with the un-ending opinions of good diet. When opinion rules against observation of facts then we are in trouble. For this reason I decided I would not offer advice to patients on diet for over thirty years in practice. It was only when I discovered an approach to diet that was based on the largest epidemiological research study ever done in the study of diet and health, with over fifty years of additional research with laboratory work and international comparisons, that I introduced dietary advice into my practice. The work I refer to is “The China Study” that is now used by 12,000 doctors in the USA as the basis for patient nutritional advice, where possible using dietary changes rather than drugs to treat any health problem. Its simplicity was also one of the reasons I embraced its concept. It is a diet based on Whole Plant Nutrition. It is not a Vegan or Vegetarian Diet, those diets are significantly different but have many common elements. Generally no supplements are needed if the diet is well balanced but in certain individuals a B12 or Vitamin D supplement may be advised. The range of foods includes all whole, unprocessed vegetables, fruits, grains, pulses, nuts and seeds with no dairy, meat or fish or refined or processed foods such as oils. To gain a fuller understanding of the Whole Plant Nutrition visit: www.thefoodconnection.org.uk

Good Breathing:
This is relatively easy to define, as there are generally accepted physiological measures that define normal breathing. Although our breathing changes considerably depending on our activity, at rest we should be breathing approximately five to six litres of air per minute and taking ten to twelve breaths per minute. Our End-tidal CO2 should be about 35 to 45 mmHg or 5 to 6% in our exhaled air. With such a breathing rate at rest our cellular oxygenation is optimal. From past published medical measures, our breathing has changed over the last decades as chronic hidden hyperventilation has become the norm with many people breathing up 20 breaths per minute and 10 to 15 litres of air per minute. For further information on the breath/health connections visit: www.thebreathconnection.com

Good Mind:
This is another difficult concept to define. We may all recognise a good mind in action; calm, speedy responses to any situation arising, free of stress, flexible and fully alert, able to easily cope with everyday demands and showing a confident easy relationship to others. A mind that is contented, yet always seeking new challenges to improve itself. There is a vast amount of information on the mind/health connection, a valuable book to read deals with the “Plastic Brain” and entitled “The Brain’s Way of Healing” by Norman Doidge or visit: www.themindconnection.co.uk for more information.

Summary:
The complex aspect of the above is that each one of these factors influences all the others. Also they in turn they are all influenced by the community and environment.

Our body structure is derived from the nutrition we take in, how we feel affects our posture, our breathing is affected by our respiratory system. Our breathing appears to change the way we eat and vice versa, our mind state has a profound impact on our breathing and vice versa. Change any one of these four factors and all the others change. There are a series of complex feedback loops.

Despite these complex interactions, by simply improving all four components of health there will be a overall improvement in health. This is the simple approach.

The situation is different when treating a specific disease, here other medical interventions may be necessary to complement the health promoting approach above. I have often thought of Modern Medicine as Complementary Medicine, a total reversal of current thinking. This view is based on the belief that we should all be more responsible for our own health and that there should be more health promotion education that includes the four pillars of health above. This education should be for young children, parents, the general public and in particular for doctors and health workers in the NHS, as it is only to be expected that the public will go to their doctor for any advice on health matters. Presently most doctors are ill prepared to offer such advice because it is not part of their training and they are usually already overburdened dealing with sick patients who demand “quick fixes” from them. This is the end result of a health service that has been dominated by pathology, in reality we have in the UK an excellent National Sickness Service but a underfunded Health Service.

‘Using Social Media For Your Therapy Business & Facebook Live’ with Alison Brown

Social media is a free marketing tool for your therapy practice with the use of different platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn to name a few. Many therapists have a Facebook Page but, many do not use it or use it to benefit and create clients.

This talk will cover why social media and blogging is good for business and why it is used as a marketing tool, plus, why and how to use Facebook Live in getting to your clients and building relationships and expertise.

Also, the game changer that saves time!

Alison Brown has been running her own therapy business since 2000. After finishing training and previously being a stay at home married mum of two, Ali had no idea how to run a business. So over the years she has done much training and learning about running a business and in 2013 decided to help other therapists in a similar position. Ali’s Therapy Academy was built to share her knowledge and experiences and to help therapists. FHT LSG for Worthing, West Sussex and Ambassador

‘Homeopathy & Me’ with Julia Karen Richardson

I have been a member of the FHT for 20 years. I am a trained Aromatherapist and Reflexologist (specialising in fertility and maternity) Qualified also in Indian Head Massage & the original LaStone Therapy & Spiritual Healing. My main passion is Homeopathy and after many years of study was awarded a Licentiate. I am also the student mentor for ‘Southern College Of Homeopathy’ in Tunbridge Wells. In 1999 I felt it was time to offer people the opportunity to take responsibility for their own health and to explore different approaches to medicine other than those generally being offered.

With this in mind I opened The Mews Clinic in the Old Town offering complementary health care. As this was one of the first clinics of its kind to be opened in Eastbourne the practice has always been extremely busy. Homeopathy is controversial and has its share of bad press but it is an amazing form of medicine, gentle but powerful and works with your body not against it. Homeopathy has over 200 million worldwide users and has been available for over 200 years. Unbeknown by most it is available on the NHS and our Royal family have used and supported the practice since the 1830’s, also reflecting its long standing presence in our health care system.

I would like to share my journey into Homeopathy with you as I truly believe it helped to save my life. I don’t just practice Homeopathy, I have become a Homoeopath and, as you will discover, I certainly try to walk my talk.

BWRT® stands for BrainWorking Recursive Therapy® and it’s a new way of working with the mind that gets results every bit as fast as the modern need for an ‘instant fix’ requires!

It’s hard to do justice to it in an article, but something one of the very first therapists to qualify said after using it with a client for the first time pretty much sums it up:

“Omg what a great therapy! just returned from my client with driving phobia, after just one session the feeling had totally gone and the memory had no hold over her at all, she couldn’t believe it as we had been working with other things over last few weeks. We then went for a drive and she had no hint of any anxiety even approaching extremely busy roundabout with added road works. RESULT!!!! Thank you Terence for all your hard work in developing this. (ps I do have to admit I was slightly sceptical before trying it!) – Pippa”

That was in 2013 and since then BWRT has helped literally thousands of people around the world to overcome all manner of fears, phobias and anxieties. Things like fear of flying, anxiety about public speaking, driving on motorways, fear of moths and creepy crawlies (including hairy spiders!), fear of water, birds, or people being ill… all these things and a lot more besides can be resolved quickly and easily. Even deep trauma. And for good, too – it certainly doesn’t ‘wear off’.

Your secret is safe!
One of the things that appeals to a lot of people is that you don’t have to disclose your deepest and darkest secrets to your therapist – in fact you don’t have to tell them any more than you actually want to. All they need to know is what you want to be able to do that you can’t do now. Or what you want to be able to not do, if that’s the problem.

Want to stop worrying? No problem. Want to get rid of that anxious feeling that seems to go everywhere with you? Easy peasy. Want to be able to chat to people without breaking out in a sweat? Consider it done. Those things and many others are all part of a normal day’s work for a BWRT® practitioner.

Before you know it…
It all started in 1983 when a scientist by the name of Benjamin Libet discovered something very odd indeed… that your brain starts to make up its mind over what to do about anything before you know what it’s up to! So by the time you’re aware of it, you’re already doing whatever it is, even if that’s something you’d rather not do at all. Like having a massive panic attack, for example. This is exactly why you can’t just decide to ‘pull yourself together’ or whatever you’ve been taught you ‘should’ do!

Of course, you might now be thinking that you could just change your mind and do something else instead (that’s how some therapies work, actually) but even that decision will have been made before you know it! But then the something else instead might also be something you’d rather not do… And that’s where BWRT® comes in.

Mind the gap
There’s that tiny gap between the brain starting to do something and you becoming aware of it – about half a second in fact – and it’s in that gap that BWRT® does its almost magical work. UK Psychotherapist Terence Watts discovered a neat and highly effective way of changing what the brain was doing in that gap, and from the moment he tested it for the very first time, he knew he was onto something special.

That was in 2013 and there’s now a network of therapists around the world, including the USA, South Africa, Australia, India and Asia as well as the UK; many of them trained by Terence himself. And they are all discovering the same thing – you don’t have to put up with ‘stuff’ you don’t like.

BWRT® can fix it!

“From my own personal experience of BWRT I can testify that it works! Towards the end of 2015 I had a BWRT session with Advanced Practitioner Bob Bees who is local to Eastbourne. I wanted to get rid of my lifelong fear of spiders.

Bob explained more about BWRT and how it works, and how the session would be conducted. And just that one session was all that I needed. Some proof in the pudding became evident at the end of last summer, when we had an influx of spiders coming into the house (apparently due to the weather conditions being conducive to breeding) we had 27 large eight legged friends show up in the space of about 5 weeks, and I’m still sane 🙂 I don’t have any particular desire to pick one up and pet it, though I can now calmly handle collecting one in a glass or my humane spider catcher and place it outside, whereas before I would have freaked, run to an open door, or put on wellie boots, rubber gloves and fetch the vacuum (no joke)! You can read more about my BWRT session here: http://wellbeingmagazine.com/east-sussex/phobias-and-fears-cured-fast-with-brainworking/”
Lesley – publisher

BWRT® sessions can be conducted face to face through Skype so no problem if you’re not that close geographically to Eastbourne. If you’d like to know more please call Bob on 0787 4001911 for a free initial consultation, or email bob@ bwrt.help or
info@ brainworking.org.uk for further information.
